The chorus learned this song for the All-District Choral Workshop that took place at Marshwood High School on Wednesday, February 25th, 2009. All 165 chorus members from MGWS participated in the workshop. ALL of the chorus members from MSAD 35, grades 4-12 performed for each other, then together! It was a celebration of our love of music, and a great kick off for Music In Our Schools Month, which begins in March! We hope you enjoy our song about peace and courage! Special thanks to Kayla Burke for accompanying us on the piano- it was a tough piece of music to learn! Great job to my tubano players & shekere player!
